Benefits of Society Sponsorship:
- Promotion of your organization in relation to all
Society events
- The Society has quarterly meetings that
are promoted through media outlets, e-mail distribution messages,
and web postings – your sponsorship of Society activities would be
indicated in these communication pieces.
- Opportunities for employees of your organization
to improve their value through participation in Society educational events
- The Society has speakers who present on a
number of insurance and finance related topics that will be
applicable to your employees
- The opportunity for your employees to
interact with Society members – who are comprised of a variety of
functions and responsibility levels
- Opportunities for employees to develop leadership
and project management skills through participation as a Society officer,
committee chair, or committee member
- Leadership positions are rotated on a
yearly basis allowing members to participate in the governance of
the Society as an officer, board member, or committee chair.
- The Society has a number of standing
committees that your employees can participate in depending on their
skills and interest. These committees range from the Program
committee that plans all Society events, to the Communication

provide ample opportunities for your employees to develop skills and
experience that will be valuable to both the Society and their
employer

your employees

creation of study groups and developing materials that will assist
in conducting study groups.
- All officers of the Society are FLMI's or
FFSI's who are willing to share their knowledge with individuals
trying to earn their designations
- Recognition of your employee’s achievements
- Two of the primary goals of the Society
are to encourage insurance education and recognize those that have
met their educational goals through earning a LOMA designation
- Individuals who have earned a LOMA
designation in the past year are recognized during the annual
meeting by the Society for their accomplishment.
- Affiliation with Society events
- Charitable activities including volunteer
opportunities and donations made in the name of the Society

information on the Society, please contact us through the

one of the officers directly via phone or e-mail. We would be pleased to discuss
the Society and our vision for where we would like to see the Society progress
to in the future. We are excited for the opportunities that participation in the
Society can offer, and we want to share these opportunities with your employees.
